Even though CSK’s season has not been consistent, Shivam Dube has been their top batter with 301 runs. Afghanistan’s bowling is led by Noor Ahmad, who has taken 20 wickets in 12 games and delivered an excellent four-wicket arrival in their recent success over Kolkata Knight Riders. Dewald Brevis and Ayush Mhatre are bright stars for CSK and the latter’s 52 in the last match is a real highlight for the team.
The game lacks playoff implications, but Jaiswal going for sixes and Samson for runs in Rajasthan, as well as CSK’s growing young talents, will ensure the teams fight hard.
