IPL 2025 is known for being a season different from all others due to its suspension in the middle because of geopolitical tensions and its full schedule after that interruption. Beginning on May 17, fans will enjoy packed double-headers and key matches on the international scene alongside the Indian Premier League.
Expressing Key Double-Headers of the IPL 2025
In all, there will be 12 scheduled double-headers, with afternoon matches starting at 3:30 PM and evening matches at 7:30 PM.
After play started again on May 17, two double-headers will take place on Sundays to make up the postponed games.
Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) battled Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the afternoon and then it was Chennai Super Kings (CSK) versus Mumbai Indians (MI) in the evening on March 23.
After the 10 double-headers, the remaining 17 matches will be held in Delhi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
